SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The ammount of time our products arrive to our customers is around 3-5 minutes, so the so-called "Slow Delivery" is not on our watch! In addition, when we export our products to other countries, we still charge the original price of the products, so no worries about additional payments for the goods you bought from us! If there are any complaints about our delivery services, please contact us on trendyfashion@yahoo.com if you have not received your item after 10 days and would like on update on delivery. 

 

EASY RETURNS

Returns should be made by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 10 working days from receipt. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

 

To return your orders simply follow these steps:

 

1. Print off a copy of your order emailed to you when you placed your order, and indicate which items you are returning.

 

2. Return the item by recorded delivery, together with the copy order. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. We are unable to assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

 

3. Once we receive your order and passes inspection, you will be refunded.

 

4. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any item as long as it is returned to us in its original condition. All our clothing items come individually bagged/boxed. There are size charts on the site so please check these before ordering to ensure you get the right size for you, as we will not send out exchanges until items have been returned in their original condition.

If you would like to exchange your order for another item/ size, please return package to the address below, items will only be accepted if returned in their original condition. Please remember to include the following information in your package so that we can process your return: Order Number, Full name, Address, Email address used when ordering, and the size/style you would like to exchange for.

(Exchanges can only be made subject to stock availability, we may send you a similar substitute style/colour)

PLEASE NOTE: We can only post to the address given at the time of the order on our website - we CANNOT change addresses after an order has been put through. If you make a mistake on your order contact us to cancel the order and re-enter your correct details.
